Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule sessions. Late cancellations or missed sessions are charged in full. Timely cancellations can be rescheduled or refunded. Data Protection Your personal information is handled in line with GDPR and used only for your care. It will not be shared without your consent unless required by law. You have the right to access, update or request deletion of your records at any time. Emergency Support The counselling service is not intended for crisis situations. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, please call 999 or visit your local A&E. You can also contact Samaritans anytime on 116 123. Agreement By booking a counselling session, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
