My Profile

With over 15 years of experience in providing counselling and well-being support to individuals globally. I have worked in a variety of settings, including the NHS, private practice, counselling agencies, primary schools and family centres, with a focus on  promoting mental and emotional health.

My Counselling Practice

​​During my career, I have supported many individuals through life's ups and downs, helping them on their journey to improved well-being and self-discovery. I offer a safe and non-judgemental space where you can express your thoughts, explore emotions and address your concerns. Whether you are dealing with stress, loss, self-doubt or simply seeking to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, I will help you navigate any challenges you may be facing. Whatever you are going through, I am here to listen without judgement, offering support and understanding as we work together.

 

Therapy is a collaborative process where each session is tailored to your individual needs. We will explore at your pace, set clear goals and work together to achieve the progress you desire. I integrate various counselling techniques to personalise therapy according to your needs and goals. I offer you the tools to gain insight and effectively manage or resolve personal, emotional or behavioural difficulties. Through a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship, we will focus on what truly matters to you. Together, we will work to foster meaningful change and personal growth. Therapy is a deeply insightful and worthwhile journey, which I invite you to embark upon at a pace that feels right for you.
